Hi, I actually have a 1995 isuzu. It has the same platform as a rodeo or passport.

My truck is a pickup. I have 2 torn inner CV boots. I am trying to replace them. Real nightmare so far. Cant get them out.

My main issue is I am trying to purchase replacments and keep asking me if they are Inboard or Outboard.


I can not verify which is which can some one help out. I do have the complete axles. both sides need replacment

it's pretty straight forward, inboard is towards the differential, outboard is toward the wheel.

 

OK its just when I call for replacment they ask that, And I want the whole unit as 1 I dont know what the deal is with inner or outer.

Usually I get the whole thing.

I figured it was a diffrent style like a tri-pot or another style I have no clue.
