hey I know everyone hates intake questions but hopefully someone can help me out..

I have a GSR with an AEM Cai that is 2.75" in diameter. I am tired of being scared of driving in the rain and want to switch it up. At first I was thinking about going back to stock..but thats boring. Looked at Comptech icebox.. but its too expensive imo.

After reading more I came up the idea of cutting my aem cai and making it into a sri with a velocity stack and filter. I need help finding the right parts to buy. From my searches all I can find 2.5", 3" and 4" velocity stack..

Anyone have any recommendations?
