JDM nUt #1530 Continued...
Wanted to give you fellows a quick hello. It feels great to be back on American soil again
Changed the oil on the R which was the 1st thing I did, once I got settled in. Only to find out that the GF got the oil changed at Acura 1000 miles before
Not that it matters I stocked up on plenty of oil while I was gone. The Red stamp motor runs healthy and sounds even better. Be bringing in more updates more frequently now that I'm back state-side. Let my perfect mods list being!

Welcome back! I look forward to your updates. Definitely check out ITR Expo if you haven't already. Several of us will be making the trip from SC if you would like to caravan or ride along with someone.
what top hat are you using for your konis? i tried using my OEM ones but it was too small since the hole in my top hats are 10mm and the rod from the konis are 12mm. i gave up on putting the konis on til i get top hats from Ground Control.
I actually did place an order for the Ground Control top hats.
Who says you can't have enough oil? I picked this little stand up last year and have been stocking up on oil ever since. Waiting for more shipments of my go fast parts
stay tuned!

How do you like your hardrace engine mounts? I hated mine from the get-go, they kind of gotten softer of the few years I've been using them, but I wish I just spent more on the OEM mounts. Show us pics of the car soon! Good luck!
As with most things you either have the money and not enough time, or time and not enough money. I certainly have the money, and it comes as no surprise the total bill for the the WHOLE suspension mods are EXPENSIVE! I'll have to break this up with two visits, plus I bought some parts I don't need. Stay tuned pics will be in Friday, along with my initial review of the things I got installed with a secondary follow-up review with the later parts installed within a month.

My initial review of the Koni Yellow/ITR Springs is....HOLY COW! I'm back in love with the R again, not that I ever fell out of love
My biggest complainant with my old "stock" shocks was I feared going over speed bumps, hitting pot holes and etc. I would get harsh feed back from the road, almost if my whole body rattled once I did those things. Now it feels fluid and I don't get the harsh feed back. Another reason for this is one of my old shocks was bent about half way. I retained 3 of 4 old shocks. For those of you that want to do the Koni Yellow/ITR springs do yourself a favor and replace your old bump stops, along with picking up Hardrace Front and Rear Shock Bushings 92-95 Civic 94-01 Integra. My bump stops were all in good shape so now I have extra
It mos def feels like I have a newer ride back, but I have to get the rest installed to give a full report, so far so good. I will say it feels better than my old shocks by far a night and day difference. Hardrace Front Sway Bar End Links 97-01 Integra Type R, 94-01 along w/Koni Yellows/ITR Springs is the current set-up.
New tires went onto the R, I choose BFGoodrich g-Force Sport COMP-2 Ultra High Performance Summer Size: 195/55R15, I bought a new set a few hours before the $70 rebate expired! I'm just breaking things in at the moment so I can't give a good review for a few weeks. I'll be posting more of my review once the shocks break-in. I am mos def going to lower it from its "stock" setting. There are 3 notches, mine is currently in the middle, lowering it down 1 notch decompresses the spring giving you a higher "ride height" versus the opposite 1 notch up compresses, giving you a lower "ride height". I'm still uncertain about the "firmness" setting, which is currently at it's "default" setting. Basically no adjustments have been done to the Koni Yellows/ITR Springs at this point.
