the car is a JDM 94 Ba8 Prelude, The bumper has an Indicator light and also a side light right next to it, When i turn on the lights viva the handle on the console, those side bumper lights come on, only one is working though, swapped bulbs etc and still the left side one wont work, all connections seem fine,

I stuck a multimeter in there for voltage and got 11.8v on the right and 11.7/8 on the left (the one that isint working), I followed the wires from the left light and it goes to a black box which looks like a relay but its not, all the lights for the left side go there (indicator and light on bumper) Im thinking i have a bad earth on the left side? or what could it be?
