Hi I am a new user looking for some advice/help. I own a 2002 Accord 4dr SE automatic. This winter I've discovered there's a unpleasant coming from the sunroof area. When I look into the sunroof area i see condensation on the metal. Is this a known issue? How do I remove the odor? Thanks in advance.

 

Drain tubes are probably partially or fully clogged. Pour a little white vinegar around the perimeter of the open sunroof. That should help to kill the odor. Use CLR liquid to hopefully open the drains.

 

i have a crx with a sunroof and i actually had to separate the drain tubes at the ends to clear out "mud" that was clogging them.

 

where are these drain tubes located?

 

cant wait til the morning so I can try this out

 

To get to the drain tubes you have to remove the moonroof window.
