so ladies and gents, i have a 1995 integra GS B18B1 everything stock. it has been lowered and is on some masive 17" rims,

heres the reason for this post.
What can I do to pump up the power of this motor with out spending a whole lot (under 2k) and perferably things i can do in my own garage with just jacks and if and a ratchet set lol,

Trying to get more power without spending a lot in your own garage haha we have a challenge. To be honest, with your budget of under 2k, it's hard to milk or add much power to it (assuming you're going to avoid turbo, sc, and tuning). As far as I can think of, just the typical bolt ons such as exhaust, header, intake. Assuming if you buy everything new or fairly new/good condition, proven to work or perform, that itself can push you close to 2k already.

I should prob correct something my entire budget is not under 2K, i just ment that i cant drop more then 2k at one time. but from where i stand headers, exhaust and Intake ok cool and in regards to dc2LS my car is lowered so kinda have to keep it at 16"-17" rims with 208 tires

I like the spray idea lol. Just don't blow your engine I'm assuming there are a fair amount of miles on there....
