Default 1997 Cypress Green EJ8 Civic Coupe EX 5MT

Just picked this up, Civic's aren't really my thing. G/I right now, would like to trade for a CLEAN, near stock, 90-93 Accord or 94+ Integra 5-speed. NO AUTOMATICS(unless it has a V8 and RWD), PREFER NO CIVICS. Looking for a quick sale, so make an offer really. Don't feel like messing with this too much. Was owned by a detail shop manager, so it's about as clean as it can get on the outside. I wouldn't turn too much attention to cleaning the inside up as replacement carpets/seats are easily sourcable on the cheap.

Pretty clean car, ZERO RUST, just some minor dents and dings in the car, some paint fading/peeling on the driver fender, hood, roof, trunk. Great DD. Gets 35+mpg; I drive it 70 miles a day M-F.

Cypress Green
168K
5-speed
newer clutch/PP/TOB, timing belt, water pump, tensioner, dizzy, plugs, wires(all within last year)
"Si" style grill, painted like ****, going to pull it off and plasti-dip it.
99-00 taillights
Greddy Evo 2 Exhaust
Injen Intake w/ K&N filter
B&M short shifter with Razo ****
Tein springs, stock shocks(rides very nice, smooth)
Clifford alarm/keyless entry
Pulls decently, haven't driven it hard, it's a stock d-series so it's nothing to write home about
Near new snow tires; Blizzaks in the rear Hankook I-pike's up front. Kicks *** in the snow

Bad:
-HVAC panel needs replaced, was broken into, someone literally ripped out the old headunit. Comes with a stock radio without a CD/tape player(I didn't know those existed...). HEAT AND A/C STILL WORK JUST FINE.
-Alternator apparently has something bad internally, doesn't affect it at all, but battery light is on; May replace it.
-Seats are mildly worn/kinda dirty.
-Tinted windows, kinda bad job. May remove tint from driver and passenger door windows and tint strip at top of windshield.
-headliner sucks, I'm either going to source a replacement or rip off the mouse fur "carpet" and replace it with vynil
-rear defroster doesn't work
-carpet's filthy
-top of steering wheel is worn due to gangster's ridin' durrrrrty
-minor dents and dings in the car, some paint fading/peeling on the driver fender, hood, roof, trunk
-Whine coming from input shaft bearing
If I own this more than a month, most, if not all, of the 'bad' listed above will be fixed.

Will include a set of 17x7 chrome motegi MR7's that needs two new tires if sold quick enough. For sale seperately for $200.

It's pretty epically terrible. I'm highly considering pulling it all off and getting it re-done.

Grill was pulled off and plasti-dipped black last night, going to pull the headlights and reseal/blackhousing them over the weekend. 90% certain I'll be pulling the tint off the windshield and driver and passenger door windows, looks like ****(two layers) and annoys the F out of me.
