whats a good head for a f22a6

im looking to get a dual overhead cam for my f22a6 but im not sure what to look for an what head to use when i perform the swap
any help or opinions will be great

look for threads referring to "G22" or "G23" for info on this type of modification.

an H23A1 ("black top" non-vtec) head will work with your stock F22A6 intake and exhaust manifolds, no question.
