Icon3 someone help!! vtech vs non vtech

i was wondering if you could help me. i have 2 like accords i f23a5 one is the f23a1. im swapping the non vtech motor into the car that had the vtech wire harness and ecu? , i was wondering if there was a possibilty that i could use the ecu and wiring harness from the vtech to plug into the non-vtech motor? please respond im trying to put the motor in tomorrow.

no "H" in vtec but yes the harness will work on the non vtec motor if you use the vtec ecu you have a CEL for vtec solenoid and oil pressure switch
if you have the ecu for the non vtec engine just use that
