I searched all through these forums so don't get mad if I've missed it. I'm trying to remove my rear bumper off my 91 dx hatch to position it in the correct spot because it has been moved inward ever since I've had it.
I removed the two gold nuts from inside the trunk and underneath the car and the two screws on the side as well. This thing will not budge though! I've pulled everywhere and it just doesn't move. Anybody have experience with this? I'm just trying to slide it back a bit.

 

Did you pull the tail light outs?

 

The hatchbacks don't need the tail lights taken out to remove it. A friend of mine did his hatch when switching to the SiR rear bumper and he left them on.

 

those should be the only bolts holding the bumper frame in.

break out the dead blow.
