so i removedthe head and all the rockers fell out of place..do all i need is a valve adjustment to get them back in place???

I believe the dohc non Vtec head, once you remove the cams the rockers will come right out.
Generally the rule is to place them back in the position the came from , and the reason is they wear in to that particular lobe on the camshaft.
I have had to just install them and not known which location they came from and had no ill effects.
