I have been working on my 99 lude for a year now and just cannot get it running. I would be willing to pay someone for their time to come over and help me get this things running. Could be as simple as a connector, bad timing, or just something I am over-looking. I just want it running. I'm located in Lompoc/Santa Maria area. I'll even supply the beer.
