Before posting PLEASE read

I have searched and searched and searched some more...Have not found a cure, been on this for a few months..

I have a surging/bouncing idle on my DPFI engine.

-It gets worse the hotter it gets.
-Might go away for a few minutes but then will fluctuate idle RPM's
-Idle calms down if electrical load is put on the car (lights, wipers etc)
-When unplugging IACV, that also fixes the idle.

What I have done that has not worked
Cleaned IACV
Replaced IACV
FITV-because I don't have one.
Cleaned up all grounds
Adjusted throttle cable tension
Ran a fresh wire from IACV plug to ECU
Bled Coolant
Checked for vacuum leaks with carb cleaner
Reset ECU
Checked alternator charging voltage


and i'm probably forgetting some things i've already done...again, what is very interesting is the electrical load issue, that is what doesn't make sense..

Anyone come across this crazyness?

 

learn to read...it says he replaced it.....might be possible tps problem

I'm going to inspect the TPS tomorrow, doubtful that will be it (hopefully it is though).

 

The idle bounce is fixed, I backed out the idle screw 1/4 turn and that's all it took.

But my problem with turning on the lights/wipers causing the idle to drop has gotten worse. Now the car will almost stall itself. Ideas?
