Default R. engine mount question

So it feels like there's some play in my engine mounts, the Innovative 60a 3-piece kit.

Just looking at the orientation of the mounts, it seems like the rear mount would control the vast majority of the engine torque, and would most likely be the one needing replacement?

Thanks!

Yes the rear mount is definitely an important mount and the engine will thrust backwards. That is why a lot of people believe in the torque dampener add on.

As I saw your thread in clubrsx I would suggest to you maybe getting one of those and some ESMM if you don't want strong vibrations. Aftermarket mounts will be stiffer and people do complain about rattling. I myself have AVID motor mounts and absolutely love them.

Thanks for the input! The damper definitely helped, but the rear mount was already worn by the time I installed it.

I'm going to go with the 85a rear innovative mount, I hear they're pretty good honoring their warranty. The vibrations shouldn't be too bad since the other two mounts are 60a.

I would also take a look at the front mount for good measure. I know on my EP3 the front mount was trashed and there was still a noticeable amount of engine movement after I installed my 3 piece 60a Innovative set.
