Default How much do you think my ITR is worth?

Well, I'm going to sell my ITR. I started to post a thread like this a few years ago, and got some good responses, but ultimately decided I really didn't want to sell it just yet. Now I've decided that even though it's an awesome car I really don't need 4 cars and this is the one that makes the most sense to sell. However, my car is a bit of an oddball in terms of being really awesome in some respects but not so great in others so it's hard to find data to compare to so I'm hoping the H-T community can help me decide how much it's worth.

General Details:
-2000 model year
-Flamenco Black Pearl
-113k miles
-Clean title
-I'm the original owner (although the title says I'm the 2nd owner, the title transferred from my dad to myself a few years ago)
-All maintenance up to date, timing belt done around 100k, full synthetic oil (Amsoil for the last few years) and high quality oil filters it's whole life
-Garaged for something like 1/2-3/4 of its life
-Just passed PA inspection
-Located in the Philadelphia suburbs.

The car is basically stock, but has a few small mods/updates as follows:
-Koni Yellow adjustable shocks, installed new at about 100k miles
-K&N air filter
-Some minor stereo stuff - no or negligible extra weight. Includes a nice head unit just installed with HD radio/bluetooth/ipod (no extra weight), Polk component speakers up front and Polk 2 ways in the rear, and it's wired for a trunk amp/subwoofer but there's no amp or sub, just two wires run under the carpet and tucked out of sight.
-Clear front turn signals and 94-97 integra tail lights (identical to 98-01 other than amber turn signals). One tail light was damaged and I like these better. Still have one original all red taillight I can give you.
-Viper alarm, although I lost the remote recently and it's fairly dated so you'll probably want to replace it.
-Hawk HPS brake pads (I also have an extra new set I'd include)
-Stock ITR wheels with Yokohama S.drive summer tires, lots of tread
-Mazda Millenia wheels (ultra light) with blizzaks on them, tires are very new

Mechanically, the car is awesome. I've taken great care of it and done all maintenance. The motor is strong. The only (sort of) exception right now is the exhaust is kind of rattly since it's original. I figured I'd let the buyer repair/replace it since I figure it's likely they'll want something aftermarket anyway, so I'll just discount some for it. It still passed inspection and it's really not bad but it's worth mentioning.

It did have one accident in 2001 where it contacted a guard rail on the passenger side, but it was repaired by a very good shop with all OEM parts that were all replaced when possible as opposed to repaired. Pretty much all the damage was body stuff on one side of the car, with a few suspension components. Frame is 100% untouched and straight. If any problems were to come from this, they would already be apparent since it was over 11 years ago.

The main downside of this car is cosmetically it's not great. It could use a respray due to the paint having 113k miles worth of rock chips and that sort of thing, but from a few feet away you don't see them. It has a couple small dings.

And the big cosmetic issue - it has the typical integra rear wheel well rust starting. No rust is really visible yet but you can see the paint bubbling. It's worse on the driver's side. Other than a few inches around the rear wheel wells though, there's no rust that I know of. So presumably you should be able to get new metal put in just in that one spot on each side and be good. Also related to this is on the driver's side, a few years ago we sanded down the rust, put rust bullet on it, and repainted it. This really slowed down the rust big time but you can tell the paint is not great around that driver's side wheel well so it was a trade off. But you'd have to paint this area anyway if you repair the rust soo...

The interior is in wonderful shape, with the exception of some scuffing on the interior trunk trim from loading/unloading. Still pretty good for a car this age.

By the way here's my thread I posted a few years ago asking this same question for reference: https://honda-tech.com/forums/acura-integra-type-r-8/how-much-do-you-think-my-itr-worth-2864309/

So how much do you think this guy's worth?

My first Itr had spent a few years in PA and had no body or under carriage rust. But I'll never again buy a car from up north again. PIA to remove any bolts. IMO cars are worth less from those areas.

Thanks for the input so far, very helpful, and mostly lines up with what I expected.

The car basically spent 4 years in MD, a year in CO (which doesn't salt), and the rest of the time in PA.

Yeah the bolts are slightly more annoying on a car from the northeast, but with some pb blaster and/or an impact gun it's rare to have issues. I had to change the shocks recently so any suspension points that were rusted got replaced - I replaced a couple control arms and bolts then so they're all fresh. I tend to have an attitude that if something's even slightly messed up, just replace it. It doesn't hurt that I race one of my other cars (an S2000) and as a part of that Honda provides me Honda/Acura parts at dealer cost, which is a huge discount.

I said 8-9 due to the rust and the accident, mileage is not too bad and interior looked good.
