Default USDM PDE head vs EURO R PDE head

Last night I was looking at my engine after owning my car for years and realized my head was stamped PDE. I'm 99% sure this is the factory engine and after some research I read that the PDE was put in some 00-01 cars. My question is how does this head stack up against the EURO R version as far as porting, flow rates and cam specs? I don't have another head to put it against but was hoping some of the H gurus have looked at one of these before.

Thanks in advance.
