I have a 99 Civic EX coupe that has an ignition kill switch from the previous owner. I went to turn off the switch with the little magnet thing it came with to disarm it, and it won't initiate. I tried disconnecting the and that did nothing. I don't know what brand it is pretty much what i need to know is how to either make it work or remove it.

 

trace the wires and see where they go or just see if the switch got bumped or something and needs put back in position

 

Can't really help on this. We have no way of knowing how this is wired.

 

Best take it to a shop and have them physically do it for you if you dont know what you're doing down there
