I drive a 1998 Acura Integra GSR. Its bone stock minus exhaust. Cat is stovvk as well. I've replaced both o2 sensors, the cat flows fine, the contacts are clean.......yet I'm throwing a code P0135 o2 heater circuit bank 1, sensor 1. Can someone please tell me something of use besides the obvious choice of get an obd1 car and swapping.

obd1 would be no different. they both utilize a pre cat heated o2 sensor

Have you checked yet to see if you have voltage at the O2 sensor, [yellow/black lead]?94
