That one wire is positive, cause the negative it's intergrated with the fog housing and get the negative from the chassis. It's must be H3 bulb in there.

Been looking into some fog lights for my 94 civic, what did you get and would you recommend them? Have pics installed?

First of all, thread jack. LOL.

Second, I'm a fan of the OEM look so my recommendation is OEM fog lights. If you are looking for more output from the fogs you can always do an HID retrofit.

I believe the eBay ones are great, as mine are from eBay. I have it on my ek 99-00 hatch. The wiring had to be fixed a bit though since it didn't perfectly connect up with the OEM wires. Afterall, my fog lights are nice and controlled from a switch

++ welcome to ht!

Not all eBay fogs are bad, there are some decent brands; Depo is decent.

But the general trend is you get what you pay for.

The wiring harness is usually cheaply made and the housings tend to have a poor ground.

I've done my fair share of eBay parts, in the long run its just better to purchase quality parts.
