93 Civic Si injectors not firing/opening
Ok her it is guys not 100% sure if this is listed in the right forum but here it goes.
1) to start off the car is a 93 civic si with original d16z6
2) The problem is that my injectors will not open/fire
3)Things i have tried checking / changing witch is everything in the book so far, all from / with a daily driven stock gsr.
Starting with a new battery ,changed almost every fuse in the bay and in the cab just to be sure, new fuel pump , new ignition switch , swapped ecu , main relay , have good spark, have fuel pressure to the rail. Checked voltage at the pump 12v, checked voltage at the injectors and it is only 10.7v. I can not find any other info on what else exactly to do or what should the voltage should be at the injectors with the ignition on. or what my next step should be at this point.

Voltage should be 12.5V or batt. voltage I am pretty sure, check output voltage of injector relay, [in PGM-FI Main Relay] at the relay, test for voltage at IGP1 and IGP2 at the ECU/ECM.
Any trouble codes?
Even with only 10.7V at the injectors they should still pulse, [fire] if ECU/ECM is supplying the ground pulse. 94

I have checked gounds @ ecu on pins 23 & 24 already which show less then 1.v which what oem service manual says it should be. I will double check main relay voltage agian but pretty sure it was at 12v when i started diagnosing this issue...Thanks for any and all help you guys give.
Check voltage OUTPUT at the PGM-FI Main Relay, there are two (2) OUTPUTS, one is from the injector relay, the other is from the fuel pump relay, check the OUTPUT from the fuel injector relay.
Also, I did not ask you to check the ground(s) at the ECU/ECM, I asked you to test for voltage at IGP1 and IGP2 at the ECU/ECM, it should be the same as the voltage at the fuel injector relays output at the PGM-FI Main Relay.
Both IGP1&2 must have 12.5V, [batt. voltage] on then when ign. switch is in the run and start positions, if not, the injectors will not pulse. 94
