how to tell spring rates on skunk2 coilovers by # on them?

how to tell spring rates on skunk2 coilovers by # on them?
I think my skunk2 coilovers are 300 and 400, but I'm not sure which are in front and which are in rear...it was the first thing installed on my car, and the only thing I didn't install so I'm clueless about their rates. I think the numbers on the spring tells the rate somehow, anyone know? thanks
