Default Quick transaxle questions

Alright, as some of you may know, I'm replacing the clutch, so I have a few questions for those that replaced the clutch themselves, not by a mechanic. How heavy was the tranny and could you get it out safely without using a jack? Also, where's a good place to get an ACT clutch with the heavy duty pressure plate and the street/strip clutch disk? Final question, will the ACT HDSS package come with the throwout bearing and pilot bearing? Thanks

Another question. What does HMTF look like? I drained the transmission fluid and it was a thick, dark oil. I've been reading that it's supposed to have the consistency of 10w-30 oil, but it looks a little thicker than that. Thanks

MTF looks golden, like fresh oil. Yours probably hasn't been changed in awhile.

The isn't heavy, but it's bulky and awkward. A jack is recommended.
