Yeah ill agree with VTEC_boi on this one, as long as someone does not come up to your car and is like that is soooo JDM, they all do that at Japan and next time you see him he has it done.

Krylon specials are perfect for "abused" cars such as drifters and touge cars.

Break a front bumper cover? Just go to the junk yard, pick up a new one, spray it, then slack it on and go!

How do you protect the paint? Doesn't it rub off?

Looks cool though. I would be the only one in Germany with a paint job like that.

Im just curious, why would you spray your car that color? I thought that was called primer. My car would have to have mismatched bodypanels before I'd do that to my car.

so if you had a CF hood, you'd primer your car?

there many reasons why i flat blacked my car:

-no its not JDM
-i like it, to me its different at least where i live
-after doing all the motor work i did not have any money to paint my car
-my car is daily driven through the streets on NJ and NYC so scracthes, dents, scrapes and dings happen almost every other week. if anything happens you can sand and do another coat
-i am a college student who dosent have money for bling bling, just to go fast
-you never have to clean your car
-i dont like attention
-theres nothing like smoking a big ego-ed idiot in a baby blue civic or a 40 year old man in a vette ...priceless

why it sucks:

-between flat black and gutted interior its not the best way to get girls, but why would i care about a bitch who cares about my car.
-greasy fingers can take a toll on it
-you get black boogers after a painting session
-if you acutally end up wanting to get a paint job, it will take a while to scrub all that flat black off

chrisonepointsix- your spray can control is amazing. no matter how much i tried some parts of the car would come out different from the rest (texture and drips). maybe its cause NJ cold weather sucks. oh well, that was a bad *** EF.
