Default 97 accord f22b2 swap

ok I have a particular problem that is killing me and I know im over looking something easy. 97 accord timing belt broke car has 230k so I got a less millage motor problem was it was a 94 block so we swaped the oil pump housing and put it all back together now it wont start it trys to start if you let it sit for a while but only runs for 1 or 2 seconds other wise it tries to but just wont.
things we have checked
Fuel relay
fuel Pressure
Timing several times
power at dist
ignition switch
all new plugs cap etc.
cleaned out all connections
checked the grounds ( im not for sure where they should all be at tho)

if you spray starting fluid in it it will stay running Thanks

Did you check to make sure that the fuel injectors are getting power? You can get lights that plug into the injector plugs from oreilly that flash on every time the injectors should fire. You can tent the test lights rather than buy them
