2006 Honda Accrod SRS DTC's 54 - 50 Failure ?

2006 Honda Accrod SRS DTC's 54 - 50 Failure ?
I am seeing the SRS Light on my dashboard. The light doesn't goes away and remains there when showed to the honda dealer, he told me that there are multiple failures in my SRS Unit.
1. SRS DTC's 54 - 50 Internal SRS Unit Control Failure ($640) - 2103 CH
2. SRS DTC 22 - 80 Right Front Seat Belt Tensioner Failure ($480) - 2103 CH
They also say both needs to be replaced and has to be specially ordered which they did.
I was just wondering if anybody is aware of what these are and how urgent it is to get them replaced.
Appreciate any suggestions or advice ?
