Not sure what to do with my Honda, everything ran just fine with the car when I drove it home on Friday and on Saturday it acts like it wants to start but never turns over. Started with the battery, changed it out cleaned terminals and same problem. I read about the main relay on this site and went out and heard the clicks. Odd but after an hour or so of it sitting it seemed like it wanted to turn over. Any help would be great, I am not much of a mechanic but this is my only car for getting kids to school work etc so I need to try and get if fixed.

 

probably want to post this in the section for 1992-00 civics. There are a lot people in that section that can help you. This is a section only for tuning the car and performance based things. But some help; check for fuel delivery and spark going to each cylinder. Pull the spark plugs and see if any are fouled. check the spark plug wires for wear and if they are connected properly. does the car have gas in it? check to see the condition of the main relay. check the fuse panel for blown fuses. check the coil inside the distributor.

 

change the relays first there not that expensive

 

Thanks for your replies, I got the car to turn over and it ran fine for a couple of days, thought maybe the fuel filter was clogged and running it would clean it out. Tried turning it over today and it wont start. Any ideas? I will also post this in the other section that you mentioned. thanks for your help Merry Christmas
