I've an '04 (maybe it's actually '05 but I got it in '04) that is really bad about corroding on the + post. I've actually cut the wires and reattached to a new terminal.

Any suggestions on best place to get a complete cable set and how hard it is to replace them (2 cables from +)?

Just clean them back up and put a little grease on them.
Or if you go to a parts store they have a spray to spray on them
to help keep them from corroding.
