Default My 92 accord got soaked and died...now lots of problems...HELP PLEASE!

Hi guys, need some help and advice urgent! Need my car to get to work .

So i'll try and be as brief as i can but want to give as many details as poss. Drove through a deep puddle and the car died...took 15 min to get it going again...kept dying and had to drive home on gas/brake and neutral. Discovered 3 + gallons of water inside the car on passenger side! Guess i have a hole somewhere. Shop vaced all water out, took out front pass seat, pulled up carpet and drying car now. My symptoms are: Car didnt want to idle, had to keep foot on gas. The D4 light stayed on even in park, then wouldnt let me take key out. While driving even with foot on gas, car didnt accelerate too well. Saw the speedo fluctuate from 0 to 240 and back several times lightning fast!!...Car runs in driveway now, let it run for over an hour. RPM reads 0 in D4 but idle in the other gears..wierd??. Took long time to make the D4 finally dissapear. and while running heard a strange ticking noise from engine bay almost like a buzzing on and off periodically.

Did i soak the tcu or the ecu? or the connection harness under the pass seat?
Is the buzzing /ticking noise the relays?
If i dry evrything out do you think it will return to normal or did i cook everything?? ... I'm up the creek and apperantly i needed a paddle IN THE CAR! Need help bad! thank you in advance!

THESE are the codes i pulled: ecu: 30 and 31
tcu: 14,7 and 8
