99 ex overheating
Hey everyone my99 ex was overheating then I bled the coolant system it quot for about
A week and today went for a ride about a hour trip and 5 miles from my house
it started rising I pulled over and idled it up to 2500 RPMs and the temp dropped
Idk what else to do..... The headgasket doesn't seem blown no oil in water and vice versa I need help!!!!

Are you losing coolant?
If it heats up again, try pinching the lower radiator hose and the upper radiator hose to feel the temperature. If the upper radiator hose feels warm. and the lower one feels cold or empty then it's probably a bad thermostat.
In the end, if its headgasket has never been changed, now is probably the time.

k we have done that before but cant remember which one was warm and i just put in a new thermostat i know they can go bad fast but only been ran for 2 hours tops this is my weekend car
