Default b18b with itr oil pump / t-belt cover question

im doing an ls/vtec and i put a itr oil pump on my b18b block but my LS timing belt cover dont seem to fit right. I kinda rigged the Ls timing belt cover on it but from the looks of it my t belt is still exposed. anyone here run their motor with out the lower timing belt cover? i understand gravel and rocks are an enemy. but i guess i have to wait another two weeks to order a lower itr t-belt cover then..

pretty sure your only option is to use the ITR lower cover.

You should be able to use an OBDII LS cover as well. I think.

If you put an ITR oil pump, that means its OBDII. It is shaped a little differnet becuase of the CFK sensor. The newer LS's will have the CFK sensor as well, so the cover should accomidate it.
