Need a Honda Corp Tele # for a customer complaint
Anyone have a good tele # at Honda USA where they will actually listen and maybe do something. I'm having a problem with an employee at a local Honda dealership.
A parts person will not allow me to return a non-electronic hardware part that is still sealed and purchased within the last 3 days and under an account and with a receipt. The manufacture [Nissin] told me that the part I purchased is missing an item that they install on it to insure against moisture and debris getting into it. Not that any of that matter to you guys. After speaking to 15 different mfrs, techs, and both Honda and non-Honda parts sellers they all unanimously said it is suspect, and I should return it, that it seems as if it was sold to someone and then repackaged to resell again.
