I replaced a valve on my wife's 01 crv. everything went great, I replaced the timing belt and water pump. got everything timed in all the marks line up as they should. I get everything back together and. It will not start. I have spark at all the plugs and it sounds like it wants to but it just wont. The car drove into the garage. and everything is plugged in and all connections are tight.

Spark is nice a bright white/blue in color

I'm stumped here. I have been around Honda's for a few years and i cant figure it out? I thinking that it could be the dizzy but it drove in before we tore it apart


I need to get this thing going ASAP!! HELP ME OUT!!!

Its an 01 CRV 193k 5 spd 4wd all factory maintenance records from day 1

Check the distributor plug, check the firing order. Check to make sure you hooked the ground wire up to the stud coming out of the head. Sometimes people put the ground wire on a valve cover only bolt and that's no good.
