Fan not kicking on, circuit good, new fan switch

Having a problem with my radiator fans not kicking on. The circuit is good when I jump the green connector fan kicks on. New cooling fan switch. What else could this be?

I have same problem. Check your fan switch relay which is the black box next to ecu. at least that's where it is on 4 gen.
