RS*R Exahust Question

I just want to know if anyone knows the pipe diameter of an RS*R exhaust. I've heard 2.5in and 2.25in. Does anyone know?

In the instruction booklet that came with my original RS*R it said 2.75 inches. I know that sounds big, but that is what it said. I measured it, and it seemed correct.

2.75"? Maybe OD, but more like 2.25". I have one sitting in my garage right now and it's now where near 2.75", dont have a dial caliper to tell you the exact diameter though.
