Buy some rims that will fit first off, then you will want to locate a style to you preference. You will then want to find the lowest price. It is your damn car, pick what ever you like!!! This thread is for tech info not a popularity contest!!!
think outside the typical ricer norm. rotas are beyond common and you wind up with a car that looks like everyone else. one of the best lightweight low cost wheels is sold by discount tire and called the mb weapon. it's actually an atech eraser that's sold in japan.
other good wheels are the kossi k1 from tire rack. both these are low cost 15x7's that weight somewhere around 12lbs each and are a higher quality wheel than rota

You gotta think it all depends on what you want out of your car and what style you want. Mine is a daily driver in Kansas so I picked black 17' with a red ring on them to match my paint scheme and interior. There is no right answer. What color is your car? Is it a daily driver or is it a track car. MORE INFO

OP, dont get rota's....they are replica's and fake!
I would save some extra money (be patient) and get some Kosei' or rpf1's. They look really nice on integra's
