GSR swap - $1000 - WI
I have the swap from my 96 4 door gsr that I parted out. Car was a 1 owner, adult driven its entire life. I drove bought it from them an parted it out due to the body being extremely rough. The engine and trans have 230k miles on them, matching vins. Maintenance was done on the car at Acura of Brookfield, was well taken care of. Only problem the engine had when I pulled it was an oil leak from the main oil feed galley port between the head and block, which was the headgasket leaking the oil. It was on the original headgasket though, no internal leakage into cylinders or coolant and ran great. No grinds or whines from the trans.
Included in swap:
-full gsr head, port and polished exhaust ports, complete from valve cover down
-stock gsr intake, throttle body, all sensors, and fuel rail and all injectors
-shortblock, everything is there
-transmission, no issues at all
-shift linkage, no actual shifter though
-all axles
Problems/what's needed
-the timing belt sprocket that is on the crank had been stuck to the crank, only way for me to get it off was a pulley puller which broke some of the crank position sensor teeth off. If you are going obd1 this isn't a problem, if it needs to stay obd2 you'll need a new sprocket.
-will need miscellaneous gaskets and bolts, the black, head, and trans are seperated. I can't guarantee I give you every bolt from it, and will need the obvious intake gasket, headgasket, etc.
Seeing as its a complete engine, actually has matching VIN tags, and ran great if like to get $1000 for everything. Throw a new set of rings in it and you have a reliable engine that's like new, or put it in as is and you'd be fine too. Text me for more information 414-418-5110 I am in Milwaukee WI.
Pictures can be seen here and mroe upon request.
