Ok. When you replaced them (or had them replaced) were they pushed in all the way so that the snap rings held them in so they don't pop out? Does the transaxle have fluid? It sounds like the cv half shafts aren't installed properly, or they are the wrong ones. Unless something internal gave up.
I'm wondering if something happened to the splines in the spindle. Because the speedo moves but the car doesnt move, so I'm guessing the axle is spinning its just not spinning the wheel

Yeah i was thinking about that. A friend of mine (dumbass with cars) replaced his own half shafts in his 93 accord put the drivers on the pass and the pass on the drivers and had to grind down the splines to make it fit because he didn't want to have to take it apart again. If the splines weren't lined up properly they could have been forced in causing either the splines on the half shafts to strip or the splines in the transaxle to strip.
mfsc12376: the most likely scenario is that the axles have come loose from the transmission. they may be the wrong axles, they may not have been installed properly... it's possible to check and confirm that the axles have come loose yourself, but more importantly you can try inspecting them where they enter/attach to the transmission and see if either has a gap between the brown "bell" part of the joint and the transmission case. 2mm is ok, 5mm or more is no good. this can be done without lifting the car with just a flashlight and a telescoping mirror tool. if you do find it has come loose, pushing it back in will require you getting underneath. you can also check that the axle nuts are in place, tight and staked (the little tab is dented into the notch on the axle shaft) just by removing the wheel covers or center caps on alloy wheels.
you may then wan to replace a faulty or damaged CV axle if you find one.
