F20B Del Sol CEL 1&9 HELP

I've got a 93 Del Sol with an F20B. It starts up but takes a while, it idles fine but when accelerated it takes forever for RPM's to go up. I don't know if it could be the 2 CEL's of 1&9 or if it could be the dizzy. Anybody think they could help me on this?
