Default 1999 CRV Ecu Location?

Is it under the passenger carpet like in most Hondas? I've searched this forum and others to no conclusive answer. I just don't want to go through the trouble of pulling up the carpet if I don't have to. Thanks in advance

They're not all the same. For example, in my '02 Civic it is located behind the glove box. In my old '88 DX hatchback, it was located under the carpet on the passenger side.

IIRC the CR-V ECU is located behind the glove box, but I could be mistaken.

I wasn't sure since I hadn't the need to locate one before. I suppose I could have trusted your input being you own one, but I don't mind being corrected.

CR-V has the same location as Integra's, and 92-00 civic's behind the passenger kick panel.
