Additional Info / Mods

Serious Inquiries only, I don't have time to talk about the car and try to figure out if you actually have cash in hand. If you have questions about it- I will be more than happy to go over each minor detail over the phone, no meet ups to just look at the car - no joy rides - nothing of that sort. Now onto what the car has.

Exterior:
2000 Si - EBP in color, spoiler was removed meaning I no longer have it in my possession. Front lip is in decent shape due to it being my daily. Few minor scratches- no bad dings or big dents. All body panels are OEM original - never had to mix match any thing so all the VIN stickers are still in place. Car had ARP Ext Studs in the rear to allow the rims currently on it to fit. Windshield was cracked bad on the way moving up here to Austin- so that needs to be replaced.

Interior:
Gauges all work with the exception of the temp gauge (was purchased this way and never got around to buying another Si cluster) but the car has never come close to over heating. No rips in the seats, front or rear. No stains in the headliner or carpet. I rarely put food OR drink in this car so it stays clean and NO smoke smell. The door panels, arm rest, and shift boot will all be replaced by OEM parts since mine were reupholstered. In photos the car does have a Winks mirror but the OEM mirror will be installed. Not sure what speakers are up front or rear but they all work well, and head unit has an AUX port for your phone/ipod whatever, however radio antenna is not connected. Car has great cold A/C and heater works well.

Motor/Mods:
JDM ITR swap / Si Transmission. Headers were wrapped, jdm itr intake was put in place of the 00 si box. Exhaust does need to be redone- has 1 or 2 minor leaks. Car runs off a chipped gsr obd1 ecu which has the option to pull the chip off and retune it, or install another chip with another tune. The cars running off a stock jdm itr base map - launch control set to 4800 or so - redline remains stock, vtec crossover at 5600rpm. Although the car was never really run except for a few times at the track- this motor has remained un abused. Power steering system has been removed and looped correctly, battery has been relocated to the trunk, fusebox has been relocated to the glovebox, a slight wire tuck in the bay - mostly the headlight harness that runs along the shock towers and some of the a/c electrical lines. Transmission has no grinds, Took this car recently on a trip to McAllen Tx where it got a little over 320 miles to a full tank, and is always filled up with 93oct.

Bads :
The car runs fine, however a couple of months ago I noticed a bit of smoke coming out the exhaust- took the car to a friend to get things checked out and confirmed it was the valves. So with that said it does burn a bit of oil but nothing like a quart a day - oil changes have still been kept on time. Also CEL goes on every once and a while due to a broken clip on the TPS sensor (which was replaced with a BLOX sensor thinking that was the issue, when it was just a bad connection) - nothing major and doesn't affect the driving.

Like Ive said I try to be as specific when selling a car as possible- any other questions feel free to email me or call/text to get more info. Thank you

Pictures will be posted later

Ok reasonable cash offers. Had to throw this in due to a ridiculous low ball offer. Reasonable offers and this car is yours

I like how you say the temp gauge doesn't work but the car has never come close to over heating. You wouldnt know if it did.

Friend that owned this car before me never had it over heat- gauges worked. Before he sold the temp gauge went out. The car is never run hard, fluids always checked, everything changed on time so unless your interested in the car, which I doubt, you're just being a smart *** and wasting time. Instead of making assumptions you could have worded it "how do u know its never come close to over heating if the gauge doesn't work" thanks for your great post.

Mike- thank u sir

Idiot owners? Or people not interested in playing games? Ive been detailed about the car, how it looks, whats needed, known issues like the valves etc etc- its not like you came to see the car and was hit by surprises- sorry but if you were interested at all in this car maybe you should ask the right questions. Either way GL with your search

Hotdoggies- pm'd
