Default D15b vtec won't start

ok so I've had a lot of probes lately.
Right now it just won't turn over.
Cranks for days but nothing.

Recently tried to set the ignition timing, and now it won't start...
Recet ecu, fuses ok.. Idk...

Also I have a vtec 21 code
Just replaced a bad tps
And failed smog... Too lean.

Any ideas???

Check your ecu harness, you may have some bad wires in it. Also check the negative battery cable, make sure it is clean and secured properly.

Check whether the plugs have bright white spark, the fuel pump primes, and the fuel injectors spray fuel.
