96 integra ABS problem!

abs light shows up all the time and whenever I come to a stop the abs will just keep kicking in until i do a complete stop....sometime you can hear the abs when your going around 25-40mph.....

pulled the codes and i got a 4-8 which is the left rear speed sensor........
