how much would you pay?

Looking at a 95 SI, looks to be in good condition. The price is 4500, only mods is an up graded radiator and stock type r suspension. The color is white and the body looks decent.

What would you pay?

I am thinking the same. The guy is basing his price off what cars are selling for locally. As much as I would like to buy, it does not sound like a good deal.
