I have a 1994 Honda civic lx sedan, when i start the car most of the time the rpms start at 1000 and rev to 2000 than back to 1000 and than back to 2000 and so on until it finally stops! i have no idea why i thought it was timing but no so im stumped at this point! anyone want to shed light on this problem

 

Vacuum leak, or IAC needs to be cleaned would be the first two things that jump out to me.

 

i dont have any leaks so i neeed to clean the IAC? how do i do that
