B16A Thermostat

My lower Rad hose that leads to the thermostat doesnt get hot, and my heat is also poor. does that mean i need a new thermostat?

Try with no thermostat for test only.
See if you get flow.

could be a clog, broken water pump, thermostat, no water, etc.
