Are there any aftermarket exhaust manifolds that will work with the CVT automatic transmission? I know that is a main issue with a lot of Honda exhaust manifolds is difference in transmissions I assume. Please tell me I can use an aftermarket manifold with this bc this cracked stock manifold exhaust leak is driving me crazy haha.

If I'm not mistaken any d-series manifold will fit. The issue you'll run into is that the cat is built into the manifold on the hx. If you just throw a header on there it will throw a cel and being that the hx has a 5wire O2 sensor you won't get that great of gas mileage.
