misfire at idle

misfire at idle
so i bought this 91 ef si. with a jdm d15b swap.
it has a misfire only at idle.
iv tried to replace cap rotor spark plugs and wires. no luck. iv set this ignition timing. and still, pop pop out the tail pipe. it only does this at idle. never when i rip threw gears. no bogs or loss of any power. im going to replace the injectors with junkyard ones tomrrow to see if there is any change. thanks for all your much needed help! any ideas?.
