I'm a little OCD and it doesn't match my other door. Is there a way of replacing both of it or am I stuck and have to buy 2 new doors.
Thanks.

It would be the lower weather seal. you can buy them right from a local honda dealer, I work for honda manufacturing and my girlfriend installs these daily on CRV, STX and CIVICS they simply snap into place.
install tip:apply WD40 to the underside of the seal when installind to the door skin and you will aviod any scuff or chaffing marks.

You can probably do better then the $80+ each the dealer wants if you can find them at a bone yard, molding is $3.99 per foot at a PicknPull, hmmm $160+ or about $20 for both. 94
