96 boosted civic possible Limp mode/open loop
OK guys my Civic seems to be stuck in limp mode. it has a rev limiter set at 5500 rpms but will not go over 3000rpms. I've got a chipped p28 ecu and everything checks out ok with it. i tried a new jumper harness and nothing has changed. if any1 has any suggestions ......... i need this car up and running..........thanx

Is the vehicle's check engine light on?
