Yes yes yes. It's best to use honda fluids. Honda recomends it.

There is only one set of spark plug tube seals. They come with the valve cover set.

PS and brake fluid don't have to be Honda.

I would recommend Honda mtf

The only seal under the rocker arms is the valve seals. Nothing to do with spark plugs or valve cover.

Just call a part store and tell them you need a valve cover gasket kit with tube seals. That's it.

The oil in the spark plugs is fine, a little won't hurt anything. If it gets bad, replace the seals. As for which fluid, don't listen to the poster above, he doesn't have a clue. You can get away with non-Honda fluid for the brake system but you better use Honda power steering fluid. Any brand of oil is fine, just select the proper grade. For transmission, if it is an automatic, stick to Honda. Manual, use whatever works for you.

Just do this ^ .

As to the reason it is bad to have oil in there, when the oil level rises, it will get up inside the boot of the plug wire. When the car tries to ignite the plug, if there is a path of less resistance, the electricity will follow it. If it is just water in there, it will just cause misfires, but when a flammable substance is in there, hopefully you can figure that one out.

U didn't mention if oils on too of your plug or under. We are assuming its on too because if it was under it would miss and have blue smoke coming out. It has to be the grommets and tube seal

What motor is in it? Some honda motors do have the seals that you are talking about.

just ask for the Valvule Cover gasket SET, when you take off the valvule cover, that Gasket wont work anymore (valvule cover) just change all the gaskets and seals on cover and youer good to go

the single cam engine DOES have the seals on the top and under the rocker arm assembly. takes about ten minutes to do the top ones. I would replace those after cleaning up the plugs and check again in a week or two, if its clean you are good. if nto then the lower seals are leaking.
dot 3or dot 4 brake fluid is fine
honda power steering fluid OR power steering fluid formulated for Honda cars will work, do not get a bottle that says power steering fluid unless it says FOR HONDA on it.
